Isabelinia glabrata TrilobiteDescription: This is an example of the rare Asaaphid trilobite Isabelinia glabrata from the Ordovician of France. The taxon is also found in Valongo, Portugal. This part/counter[art example displays the features of the type albeit somewhat compressed. The sparkling schist of the matrix is an excellent counterpart to the earthy tone of the specimen.
