 Description:
Fine example of the genus, this is a member of the genus Leonaspis.
While some prefer Kettnersapis over Leonaspis based upon the pygidial
spines, it is definitely a desirable member of the taxon. This
one possesses a distinctive occipital spine, something not seen
on most specimens. In fact they are much like that of Kettneraspis
williamsi from the Devonian of Oklahoma, albeit even more pronounced.
