Notice how thw color changes depending upon the angle. In addition, notice there is some of the natural iridescence preserved on the outside, making an attractive specimen from any perspective. This is a fine example of an ammonite from the Albian (112 m.y.a) deposits of Madagascar, one that is sure to be a fine addition to any ammonite collection.
