Dominican Amber Flower Description: This is a fine flower readily seen within this specimen of Dominican amber. Flowers are uncommon inclusions. When they are found, they are typically those of the Hymenaea tree that was the source of the sap flows that eventually became the amber itself. This is one such example, in a fine state of preservation.
